Riverbear Studio ("Riverbear," "we," "us") provides AI automation systems for accounting firms. This policy explains what information we collect through riverbear.co and our client-facing tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through our site or booking flow — name, email, phone, company, and any details you share on a discovery call.
- Usage data — pages visited, referral source, and general device/browser information, collected via analytics.
- For active clients: operational data processed by the systems we install (e.g. documents, client communications) is handled under a separate service agreement, not under this public site policy.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this website and our client tooling.
- To send updates related to a service you've requested — we do not sell contact information to third parties.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. Because our clients are accounting firms handling sensitive financial data, any engagement involving client operational data is governed by a dedicated data processing agreement with security terms specific to that engagement.
Third-party services
We use third-party tools for scheduling (Cal.com), hosting (Vercel), and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@riverbear.co.
